The Council of Ministers of the Federal Government of Somalia at the Office of the Prime Minister endorsed the second part of the “Civil Service Employees Administrative Regulations of The Civil Service Law” on 15th April.
The Capacity Injection Project together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs have worked diligently on finalizing the HR Regulations for the Civil Service of the Federal Government of Somalia which has been approved in cabinet
The list of the second part civil service administrative regulations that are endorsed by the FGS Cabinet include:
- Regulation # 9: Performance Evaluation of civil servants and senior managers
- Regulation # 10: Discipline
- Regulation # 11: Separation from Civil Service
- Regulation # 12: Grievances and Appeals Management
- Regulation # 13: Capacity development & Training of the civil service employee
- Regulation # 14: Promotion
- Regulation # 15: Civil Service Code of Conduct
