The Capacity Injection Project (CIP) had supported the establishment of civil service training school at Somali national University (SNU) to enable the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) to improve its institutional employees’ capacities in the areas of public administration through training.
The FGS training school (SMPA) based at the SNU partnered with the Kenyan School of Government (KSG) for the development of a training curriculum, training materials, training of ToTs and the roll-out of the training course to wider civil service employees of the Federal Government of Somalia.
In this regard, by the support of the CIP, the FGS sent its ToTs to KSG in Nairobi in consultations with senior FGS representatives in the period between October 10th to November 13th 2021.
